Order and Delivery
We collect orders for a defined period of time for each ‘drop’. This phase usually lasts 14 days. Orders can only be placed during this period, and the items are only produced and shipped promptly after this period has expired.
So you can expect a maximum of 14 days (order collection) plus up to 21 days for production before the items are shipped.
The actual delivery time is up to 7 days, depending on the destination country.
We are aware that this is a long period of time, but in return you will be one of the lucky few who will own a piece from a unique Fahrenbruch collection for the rest of your life.
Refusal of delivery or failure to collect
If delivery is refused or the parcel deposited for the customer at the post office is not collected, we will charge the postage and packaging costs for resending the parcel as an insured parcel, as well as a processing fee of £10. The item will only be re-shipped after these additional costs have been paid in advance (PayPal or bank transfer). The deposit paid will expire after 6 months. This also applies to goods that could not be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Transport damage
If the packaging is undamaged and the damage is only discovered when unpacking, the customer is obliged to immediately complain to the responsible shipping service and to contact us immediately to report the damage. In the case of externally visible damage, the damage must be reported immediately to the responsible shipping service and also reported to us immediately.
